What do I do if I’m unhappy with my purchase or service?
If you are not satisfied with any part of your sweet tee experience, please contact me prior to posting any feedback. These products are an extension of me, and my art. I want nothing more than for you to be 100% happy with your sweet tee experience. Please say hey to ensure that I get your message, and understand your concern.
What payment methods do you accept?

What is your exchange & return policy?
Do you ship internationally?
Our web site is currently set up to ship orders only to US addresses, using USPS first class or priority mail. For shipments outside the US, please contact me to say hey and we will work it out.
Why is my item on backorder?
Sometimes, an item is so popular that it must be restocked before we can ship. We will notify you by email (if you provide one) if an item is out of stock, give you an estimated shipment date, and you can decide if you want to wait or cancel. Again, just say hey to work it out.
