Our web site is currently set up to ship orders only to US addresses, using USPS first class or priority mail.
For other shipping methods (e.g. FedEx, UPS) or for shipments outside the US, please contact me to "say hey" and we will work it out.
A tracking number will be provided for all orders shipped to US addresses.
sweet tee is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping. If you have received something that was damaged in transit, please do let us know. While we are not responsible for items damaged by USPS, we will do our best to accommodate you and may be able to help.
Buyer is responsible for the order if the wrong shipping address is entered.
Please remember that mail delivery can be delayed during Holiday seasons.
Shipments to addresses outside the US take longer to arrive, and are subject to other delays outside of our control. The international buyer is responsible for her/his country's customs taxes, duties and other fees.
All products are described as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen.
Sometimes, an item is so popular that it must be restocked before we can ship. We will notify you by email (if you provide one) if an item is out of stock, give you an estimated shipment date, and you can decide if you want to wait or cancel. Again, just say hey to work it out.

Easy Exchanges & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your sweet tee, please contact me prior to posting any feedback. These products are an extension of me, and my art. I want nothing more than for you to be 100% happy with your sweet tee experience. Please say hey to ensure that I get your message, and understand your request.
For exchanges or returns, items must be unworn & unwashed, in the condition in which they arrived, and returned in a securely sealed protective package within 30 days of purchase. Once the item has been safely received by sweet tee, we will then ship the replacement (for an exchange), or issue a refund (for a return), asap! Any refunds will be for the price of the item(s) only, not shipping, and will be made to the original form of payment.
The customer is responsible for getting the item safely back to us. Please consider using a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number clearly printed on your shipping label. We do not accept COD returns.
Please include in the package: a copy of your receipt and a note specifying the desired replacement item style, size & design, or state that it is a return for refund. Make sure any old labels on your package are removed or obscured.

Exchanges & returns are only applicable to orders placed for delivery within the United States. All orders for delivery outside the United States are Final Sale due to the high cost of shipping & handling.
